HOLLY (2007) is the unfolding drama in which
the story of Holly (Thuy Nguyen), a young victim of child
trafficking, befriends an American stolen artifacts dealer,
Patrick (Ron Livingston) in Vietnam who, who cannot seem to
shake the atrocities he has witnessed once looking into the eyes
of modern slavery. The film was directed by Guy Moshe, and also
stars Chris Penn, and Virginie Ledoyen.
Shot on location in Cambodia, including many
scenes in actual brothels in the notorious red light district of
Phnom Penh, HOLLY well both captivating and touch you, as you
are taken on the emotional drama into the heart of human
trafficking.
